What is the delivery process?

1. Once your order is processed by our system, a thorough inspection of the products will be done to ensure that they are in a perfect state to be shipped.
2. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
3. Our delivery partners ensure that your order reaches you at the earliest possibility. In case they are unable to reach your provided address or reach at a suitable time, they will contact you on your mobile number using by you while placing the order.

 

What are the payment options?

We accept payments through net-banking, Debit card, Credit card and Cash On Delivery (COD). Payment partners:

How are the products packaged?

To ensure maximum protection of products while shipping, the products are packed in cardboard boxes, which are then placed inside shipping bags.  

 

What is the range of locations to which Zany Cosmetics LLP ships their products?

Currently, we ship throughout India. We do not have international shipping. Please stay tuned.

 

How to track orders, once they are shipped?

1. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
2. You can track the status of your package from the website of our delivery partners 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

What is the estimated delivery time?

1. We usually dispatch most of the orders within 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
2. We try our best to deliver your products on the estimated delivery time, however, sometimes orders may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances or situations beyond our control.
3. If you are ordering our products from a sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 7 days of the order date.

 

What are the Shipping Charges?

1. We have standard shipping charges for most of the addresses.
2. Shipping/Delivery charges shall be between Rs.50-500 depending upon your location and final weight of your order.

 

 What happens in the situation where a prepaid order is returned due to unavailability of customer ?

Every order is attempted to be delivered thrice before it is returned to us. If you have exceeded your number of attempted deliveries and your order is returned to us, we charge the shipping fee to ship the order again as we do not accept order cancellations.
