Every Low Price Has a Human Cost
We at Trazenie are doing our bit by making:
Slow Fashion & Small Quantities - Slow Fashion is an approach to producing clothing which takes into consideration all aspects of the supply chain and in doing so, aims to respect people, the environment, and animals. It also means spending more time on the design process, ensuring that each piece of apparel is quality made. We also produce in small quantities. Our clothing is made it to order, which reduces waste.
Quality Garments - Wear Longer and Buy lesser. If your garments last you longer you buy lesser. Which means there is a reduced contribution to the Fashion Waste Problem.
Natural Fibers - Fibers that biodegrade are essential which is possible only with garment Fibers that are naturally made, materials like ‘polyester’ are unsustainable and contribute heavily to pollution caused by the Fashion Industry.
Ethical Practices - All our garments are handcrafted. Fast Fashion suffers from mass produced clothing which often uses unethical practices such as : poor working conditions and low pay. We at Trazenie, ensure that we ethically pay our artisans and ensure good working conditions.
Traditional Techniques - We use traditional techniques of painting, hand - embroidery and block-printing to make our garments.
